BRUT GRAN CUVÉE
SPARKLING WINE


The basic wine is produced with a cuvée of Verdicchio grapes and a small portion of Chardonnay.
The foaming process takes place in the autoclave after long contact with yeasts ( 5/6 months). There follows a short period of refinement in the bottle.
The perfume is fruity with a hint of citrus fruit, the colour is straw – yellow with green reflections, the taste is fresh and smooth.
