SPARKLING WINE CLASSIC METHOD
The base wine is produced with Verdicchio grapes.
The secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle where the wine remains in contact with the yeasts for at least 50/60 months.
The colour is straw – yellow with golden reflections, the taste is balanced and persistent, the scent is characterized by a pleasant fragrance of bread crust.
